Operative Intelligence Research Unit
The first international and interdisciplinary research centre in operative intelligence, made up of bodies and institutions belonging to the United States, the Netherlands, Sweden, Spain, England and Italy, named “UNIT OIR”, with their respective representations.
UNIT OIR was presented in January 2019 at the Senate of the Republic, and received the best wishes for success from the Director General of the Department of Information for Security, Prefect Vecchione, and from General Carta, Director of AISE.
It is the first time in the world that it has been possible to create synergically, at international level, a research centre for operative intelligence bringing together the collaboration of various institutions in order to find solutions and innovations for the protection of democracies and States, and to whose foundation Ecole Universitaire Internationale actively contributed. The direction of the Centre for the first five years has been entrusted to Italy in the person of Prof. Sabrina Magris, president of Ecole Universitaire Internationale.
