The Advanced Training Course in OPERATIONAL COUNTERTERRORISM stands out in the Italian landscape as a programme of the highest professional standard, whose purpose is to train highly specialised personnel in a constantly evolving field, one that covers matters strictly connected with terrorism and counterterrorism but also subjects and disciplines of fundamental importance for the intelligence analysis connected with terrorism and with operational activity.
The Advanced Training Course in OPERATIONAL COUNTERTERRORISM is open to non-graduates as well and awards credits (CFU) recognised by the Italian university system. State and non-state universities recognise CFU credits as valid for shortening enrolment on a bachelor's degree (or on a master's degree where a bachelor's degree is already held), subject to verification of correspondence and to assessment of the teaching that can be recognised. Every assessment, as the law provides, is at the discretion of the individual university on the basis of the programme of studies concerned.
Start: November 2026 – May 2027 [applications open from 1 February 2026]
Lessons are given by teaching staff from European and non-European intelligence services, police forces and armed forces, with simultaneous translation into Italian.
Agreement: 1450,00€ for École Universitaire Internationale students, university students and doctoral candidates, members of the police forces, the armed forces and the public administration, security operators and professionals in the field.
Note: the registration fee may be paid in three instalments, the first of which is due on enrolment.
Admission: subject to assessment of the candidate's C.V. (and a possible online interview)
Submitting the application: you can enrol on the Advanced Training Course in OPERATIONAL COUNTERTERRORISM by sending your C.V. and requesting the relevant enrolment form from the student Registry Office of École Universitaire Internationale [email protected]
Enrolment: enrolment is completed by sending the enrolment form you receive (together with the documents required) to the Registry Office.
Documents required: the enrolment form, completed and signed; a photocopy of a valid identity document; a photocopy of the tax code card and a copy of the payment of the full fee/first instalment.
Award of the qualification: at the end of the programme of studies there is a final examination for the award of the Advanced Training qualification.

-The qualification obtained is valid for competitive examinations in the public administration.
-The qualification obtained can be entered in the service record of members of the armed forces and the police forces.
