The Master’s in Behavioural Analysis for Prediction Purposes and Neuropsychology applied to Intelligence is the first Master’s that provides the tools to make a prediction in the field of intelligence and security in relation to the behaviour of the single individual and to the behaviour of masses understood as micro and macro groups.
It is the first Master’s that addresses – in keeping with the customary approach of École Universitaire Internationale – the classical methodologies and the new methodologies of human behaviour analysis in an interdisciplinary way, in order to identify a threat or a risk factor in advance and to carry out counter-intelligence and counter-terrorism actions in the field of national security and international security, whether at operational or at strategic level.
Human behaviour will be analysed in all its facets, starting from the bio-chemical reactions that take place in the brain and determine human behaviour, to the social and anthropological context in which the subject is born and raised, to the biases that modulate and influence the reactions of the individual.
Moreover, the future of Intelligence lies in the Operator who deals with prediction, who carries out operations and who is employed in the cyber field: always and only the human being. What characteristics must the operator have? Which must the operator not have? The latest studies in applied neuroscience have made it possible to highlight the needs of those who work in Intelligence and who the operator of tomorrow must be. Without understanding these factors, the operator is practically out of the game.
The Master’s offers practical and operational tools of analysis and prediction, and addresses the most innovative subjects on the international scene: Kick shock, physiological Bias, Prediction of Human behaviour, applied behavioural analysis, ethnic psychology, etc…
In addition, the Master’s will analyse the flaws present in the computer and technological systems in use today, as emerged from the results of the latest international research in this field. During the lessons the use of new technologies applicable at a distance will be explained, while leaving ample room for the analysis carried out by the single subject who may also have to operate without the support of others or of technologies.
The Master’s aims to provide concrete multidisciplinary theoretical and practical skills, so that they can be actively used by those who may have to operate in situations of civil and/or military intelligence.
Lessons are held in Italian, with translation into Italian when foreign lecturers are present.
The Intelligence School is addressed to civilian personnel, to civilian and military personnel already in service belonging to the Public Administration (Intelligence, Police Forces, Armed Forces, etc…), to experts, as well as to university students and graduates who wish to deepen their studies in the sector and/or wish to take up a career in the sector.
