From 19 May 2026 the online Course “6th Cognitive Domain: rules and foundations for the manipulation of one, a thousand or a hundred thousand brains” is running. In the light of the priority given to the 6th Cognitive Domain, it will address the foundations and the rules of the manipulation of individuals and of masses, bringing together the scientific knowledge of physiology and psycho-sociology and the operational context of Intelligence. What are States and competitor States doing? What are their strategies and the threats they pose? Which vulnerabilities need to be analysed and resolved? The Course will address the subject in a multi-disciplinary way, combining science and operational practice according to the customary approach of École Universitaire Internationale.

Course registration fee EUR 500.00
Course registration fee under agreement: EUR 360.00, reserved for students and former students of École Universitaire Internationale (including those who have attended a single seminar), university students, recent graduates, researchers and doctoral candidates; members of the Armed Forces – Law Enforcement – Public Administration – security sector practitioners; members of International Organisations; professionals.
The registration fee may also be paid in two instalments.
To attend the course you need an internet connection through an electronic device (PC, tablet, smartphone) with working audio/video functions.
Admission to the Course follows an assessment of the candidate’s C.V./notes, which must be sent to the following e-mail address: [email protected], and a possible online interview.
Those who have already attended courses of École Universitaire Internationale need only send an e-mail stating that they wish to take part in the Course.
A Diploma will be awarded at the end of the Course.
