École Universitaire Internationale together with the Juvenile Court of Ancona and the Criminal Bar Associations of Civitanova Marche and Macerata, and under the patronage of the Bar Council of Macerata, to discuss young people, violent behaviour, counter-terrorism and risks to Security.

The experts of École Universitaire Internationale were called upon to provide analysis and operational guidance to an audience of Magistrates, Lawyers, Law Enforcement Officers and Experts, so that they might better understand and manage the phenomenon of violent behaviour and the aggressiveness of young and very young people, and its repercussions on National Security.

École Universitaire Internationale, in synergy with the Juvenile Court of Ancona, has created the Body for the Prevention and Analysis of Juvenile Offences originating from complex situations (more briefly indicated by the acronym OPARG) as a concrete and operational response, in order to analyse scientifically the origins of juvenile aggressiveness, to intervene upon them preventively, and to promote and support change through the rehabilitation of young people who have gone astray. Working in synergy, Authorities, Professionals and Scholars of various disciplines intend to work together in order to create not a mere observatory, but a genuine centre of study and analysis, starting from the analysis of concrete cases. This body intends to provide bases of knowledge, guidance and suggestions to the competent Institutions and Bodies, through scientific studies, guidelines and publications dealing with the subjects in question.
